ABOUT US
Owner and operator Gary Dam has almost 30 years experience in the glass and window trade and is a certified architectural glass and metal technician.
Gary started working in the window and door industry while attending High School sweeping floors. He then had the opportunity to attend George Brown College and in 1993 he completed the Glazier and Metal Mechanic Apprentice Program. Upon completion he continued to work for various companies before starting is own business, Gary Dam Window and Door. Gary closed his business in Guelph after 9 years to relocate to Huntsville. After a couple of years of working for another window company, Gary decided to start his own business again. In January of 2012 Windmill Window and Door was born doing small jobs and sub contracting for other companies. Eight years later (January 2020) Gary incorporated to what is now known as Windmill Window and Door Ltd and opened a showroom located in Huntsville.
